Lipstick

I love Olivu’s lipstick! They’re moisturizing and the color is perfect. Please add more colors!

I thought the merlot was a little light too - however, I LOVE the Girls' Night Out and the Coral shades. The color is true and stays on, they are moisturizing and I totally love them both. I will definitely want to order "backups" in the near future. :)

I was very disappointed with the Merlot Lipstick due to the color. It turned out to be very light colored and not in the least like the color shown on your website. I did have a very pleasant conversation with your staff after I received my order. (I believe it was Jennifer or Jessica). She said that she would credit my account and was very apologetic that I was not happy with the lipstick. She even checked to see if another batch would be nearer the Merlot color and called me back within the hour. Much to my disappointment, the light pink is the right color that the batch turns out. I suggested that they update the description of the Lipstick for future orders from customers. I was pleased with the courtesy and quick response to my complaint and that means a lot in this day and age.
I will continue to monitor your website in the hope that the Lipstick will eventually be the color I so desire.
