In addition to utilizing the oil for it’s anti-aging and moisturizing properties, we have many who use it to treat eczema, psoriasis, arthritis pain, sore joints & muscles, burn and sunburn relief. I, myself, had originally sought this oil out to help prevent scar tissue.
Emu oil will deliver fatty acids to the outer layers of your skin. Fatty acids are your body's first line of defense against the elements; it's also generally what is missing when you develop conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. This also helps those of us in cold climates keep our skin hydrated in the dry winter months.
Traditionally, Emu Oil is rather costly and you can’t always be sure that you are getting a pure product.
